HOUSE BILL 348

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

    1. On page 4, line 12, after "violation", insert "or twentyfive dollars ($25.00) per barrel of water sold, whichever is greater".

 

    2. On page 5, line 1, strike "amount" and insert in lieu

thereof "amounts".

 

    3. On page 5, line 2, strike "amount" and insert in lieu

thereof "amounts".

 

    4. On page 5, line 7, strike "increase" and insert in lieu thereof "increases".,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
